** If you are sending a photo for signing, please ensure that it is no
larger than 8" x 10". If you have any questions about sending a personal photo

** Please note that we are NOT able to accept personal items, e.g.
posters, CD covers, collectable cards etc, for signing.
** All autograph requests MUST include a return Self Addressed Stamped
Envelope for the UK or a Self Addressed Envelope with 2 International Reply Coupons for
overseas addresses (non UK). Requests received without return postage cannot be dealt
with.

Elevators' is available to purchase or order from most music stores or online outlets.
Anthony is also featured on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode CD, 'Once More
With Feeling'. Details of these two CD's are available on the Audio
